Happy Friday evening my lovely bookworms! Today I am part of the blog tour for Wicked Little Deeds by Kat Ellis hosted by The Write Reads. Last year I read Harrow Lake and it is one of my favourite YA horror books that I’ve read in a long time. Her latest YA book, will be coming on holiday with me and I can’t wait to read it. So today’s post is a spotlight for you add this book to your TBR straight away!

If you would like to read my review of her previous book to get a sense of her writing then click here.

I think you love small town thrills and chills, or a love for a YA like Stephen King style, then this will be perfect for you. So here is a little bit more about the book.

From its creepy town mascot to the story of its cursed waterfall, Burden Falls is a small town dripping with superstition. Ava Thorn knows this well - since the horrific accident she witnessed a year ago, she's been plagued by nightmares.
But when someone close to her is brutally murdered and Ava is the primary suspect, she starts to wonder if the legends surrounding the town are more fact than fiction.
Whatever secrets Burden Falls is hiding, there's a killer on the loose, and they have a vendetta against the Thorns...

I couldn’t wait to read this as I absolutely love feminist books. So before I go onto my review, here is a bit more about the book. This year Susan has brought a new duopoly in space, featuring adventure, action, treasure hunt and an infinite library. How cool does that sound?! As part of the blog tour I am interviewing the lovely Susan all about her new book. But before that here is a little […]

Happy Thursday my lovely readers. First post of the week as I’ve pretty much escaped in books which I’ve loved. Today I’m reviewing a book I finished last night, Forever Ends on Friday by Justin A. Reynolds. I was on blog tour on Monday but I hadn’t quite finished and I wanted to do the review justice. This is an amazing, surprising YA contemporary. So before my review, here is a little more about the book. My Review He blames his former best friend Quinn for causing the crash that took away his parents. Two years later, Jamal is pulling […]

My Top Ten Books of 2020

My Top Ten Books of 2020

It’s a new year my lovely readers. Be 2020 and welcome 2021! I’m writing this with Miss Congeniality on New Year’s Day and I reliving my Top Ten Books of 2020! Last year, wasn’t my finest year for reading. But I still read some amazing literature from Children’s to Adult. I felt last year I really read outside of my comfort zone, not too much but just enough to be comfortable in reading different genres. I read some fantastic middle grade books to fluffy, contemporary adult fiction. After each of my suggestion I will add a reason why it’s my favourite […]
