Happy Friday my lovely readers. I thought it’s about time I talk about some of the books coming out in 2021! Usually I would do a whole list of books, but this time I’m focusing on Top 5 books, that I will definitely read as soon as I can get my hands on! If you know me and my blog, you know what books would be on this list. 😅

2021 Favourite Books from my Favourite Authors

The dramas, the traumas, the rumours - it's time to expose it all... The Perks of Being a Wallflower meets Mean Girls in this scathingly funny and relatable high-school takedown from the queen of UKYA.
Most likely to...be forgottenWorking on the school newspaper, Paige is used to dealing with fake stories. How popular girl Grace is a such an amazing person (lie). How Laura steals people's boyfriends (lie). How her own family are so perfect (lie).
Now Grace and friends have picked their "best" high-school moments for Paige to put in the all-important Yearbook. And they're not just fake. They're poison.
But Paige has had enough of all the lies in her life. And with the help of Elijah - the only boy who could ever understand her - she's going to reveal the truth.

Well this has to be my most anticipated book of 2021. You know the I’m the Ultimate Holly Bourne fan and I can’t wait for another book from the Queen of YA.

The final book in the Cursebreakers series. I was a little late to reading this series, but I absolutely loved it. I can’t for more Then, Harper and Grey. Maybe more Grey and not long to wait either.

5 Books from my Favourite Authors coming out in 2021!A Court of Silver Flames (A Court of Thorns and Roses, #4) by Sarah J. Maas
Published by Bloomsbury Publishing on February 16, 2021
Genres: Fantasy
Amazon | Book Depository | Waterstones
Goodreads

Nesta Archeron has always been prickly-proud, swift to anger, and slow to forgive. And ever since being forced into the Cauldron and becoming High Fae against her will, she's struggled to find a place for herself within the strange, deadly world she inhabits. Worse, she can't seem to move past the horrors of the war with Hybern and all she lost in it.
The one person who ignites her temper more than any other is Cassian, the battle-scarred warrior whose position in Rhysand and Feyre's Night Court keeps him constantly in Nesta's orbit. But her temper isn't the only thing Cassian ignites. The fire between them is undeniable, and only burns hotter as they are forced into close quarters with each other.
Meanwhile, the treacherous human queens who returned to the Continent during the last war have forged a dangerous new alliance, threatening the fragile peace that has settled over the realms. And the key to halting them might very well rely on Cassian and Nesta facing their haunting pasts.
Against the sweeping backdrop of a world seared by war and plagued with uncertainty, Nesta and Cassian battle monsters from within and without as they search for acceptance-and healing-in each other's arms.

Well a new SJM book, and one my favourite fantasy series. Enough said really. But I am a little put out by the cover. But it’s the story that matters.

I did not choose this fate. But I will not walk away from it.
Children have been disappearing from across Menaiya for longer than Amraeya ni Ansarim can remember. When her friend’s sister is snatched, Rae knows she can’t look away any longer - even if that means seeking answers from the royal court, where her country upbringing and clubfoot will only invite ridicule.
Yet the court holds its share of surprises. There she discovers an ally in the foreign princess, who recruits her as an attendant. Armed with the princess’s support, Rae seeks answers in the dark city streets, finding unexpected help in a rough-around-the-edges street thief with secrets of his own. But treachery runs deep, and the more Rae uncovers, the more she endangers the kingdom itself.

One of my favourite Fantasy Debut Reads of 2020 and I can’t wait to read the sequel.

5 Books from my Favourite Authors coming out in 2021!Vulture (Isles of Storm and Sorrow, #3) by Bex Hogan
Published by Orion Children's Books on April 8, 2021
Genres: Fantasy
Amazon | Book Depository | Waterstones
Goodreads

Power, politics and pirates collide in Vulture, the finale of the epic YA fantasy series The Isles of Storm and Sorrow, perfect for fans of Pirates of the Caribbean.
We are all one misstep away from being the villain...
Marianne has passed the ultimate test required to be a Mage. She is finally powerful enough to reunite the Twelve Isles.
But having exposed herself to the darker side of magic, Marianne is struggling. The magic within her is nearly impossible to control, and she becomes cruel and violent, mercilessly pursuing those who have harmed her in the past, ignoring the pleas of those closest to her to remember what's really important: saving the islands.
Everything she's fought for has come down to this. Will Marianne be able to fulfil her promise to bring peace to the islands when she can't even bring peace to herself?
Conquer the darkness. Control the magic. Save the Isles.

Another one of my favourite fantasy series is coming to an end. Each year has been killer to wait for the next book and in this case, the last book in the Isles of Storm and Sorrow. Eeeeeeek! I can’t believe it’s the end. The tension from Book 2, I need it now!

What book are you looking forward to its release this year? Any of these on your radar? Let me know in the comments.
