This is always my favourite post of the year, anticipation all the brand new books and what’s to come of my blog. But since writing this post there has been one massive change – I’VE MOVED TO WORDPRESS. It hasn’t been the easiest of migration, but I am nearly there I think. So please bare with me, but I hope you continue to read my blog and it ventures into 2019.2018 was a great year of books, I read such a variety of books which I never knew I would really enjoy and I certainly surprised myself. I love this time of year where we get to see what 2019 has in store for us. So these are some my most anticipated reads which I’m very lucky to have received already.
Other books without covers or even with titles, that I’m very much looking forward to is Holly Bourne, Lucy Powrie and Faye Bird. These are just the books that I know of but I know there is more as the year goes on and that’s what I love.
I feel 2019 might be my year for reading. 2018 was a busy year for me at work, a whole new role on top of that, reading just wasn’t regular as I want too. 2018 I read 40 books, I had to reduce my goal in the middle of the year which I wasn’t exactly thrilled with. So next year I want to read more and blog more definitely.
I’ve started a book bullet journal. Being more organised and making book blogging more fun. I will do a separate post about my journey with this but this is the first glimpse…
Reading Challenges and Read-a-thons – I really want to read different books, catch up on my TBR and finish the Harry Potter series. I will show you my Reading Challenge on my Bulletin Journal Post.
Be part of the Bookstagram and Twitter family more. I’m terrible when it comes to social media unless it’s something to rave. So I really want to try and be on there more, but not so much that it takes up my entire life.
I aim to read at least 4 books a month. 1 a week which is doable for me.
So this is what I hope this year will bring for me. Once again I would like to say a massive thank you for all of your support with my blog and I hope you continue to read my ramblings of all of my bookish thoughts and reviews.
Happy New Year and I hope 2019 is restful and wonderfully bookish for you all.
