Hello my lovely readers, from one book-lover to another, I thought I would collate some of my favourite bookish items that I have recieved as presents from myself or others. Sometimes buying for a book-lover can be hard if you think ‘oh I’ll get them a book’ but they already have that book? So whether it’s a treat for yourself, or you want to buy for someone who is a book lover here is a list of personlised and bright bookish items from small businesses.

*I am not affilated with any of these shops. I am a loving customer.

Book sleeves (specifically Paper and Word)

I have been fan and buyer of P&W book sleeves for years. They are quality book sleeves, great cushioning and come is stunning designs and fabrics. I am known for selecting the oranges and yellow themed ones and they have a lot of them. Most recently I have joined their Secret Society and I love it, the community and the exclusive extras you get. Abby and team have recently added new items to their shop including Strapcicles for your kindle/e-reader, tote bags, stationary and more. They also have created a Notion template for bookslovers which I use daily. I love it.

Book Cart

Whilst this is a practical gift, a book lover will adore it. The cart have saved me from towering piles around the house or needing more storage for books. We all know that bookslves can be overwhelmed quite quickly as a bookworm. I have a yellow one of course, in the past I have had 4. Three from Hobby Craft and my recent one from Amazon. Amazon do have a lot of different colours so check it out.

Tote Bags

A bookworm can never have too many tote bags. I have loads, some bought when in a book shop *cough* and some gifted to me. But I always like to have a different one depending on the vibe. We don’t want to spend 20p on a bag when we can use our tote bags.

Bookish candles

A cosy night in reading with a themed candle or as a book-lover like me you want to collect them if they are based on your favourite books or bookish themes. I have a collection of Ember Stag Candles (they are on maternity leave but will be back soon), including Twilight and Heartstopper. I love them just for show and decorating my book shelves. We are a bibliophile after all.

Art prints

As a book lover sometimes we have to decorate a space with bookish art, like my home library, or you want to visualise some of the chracters you read in your books, or you want to acknowledge some of your favourite books or series. I love book/custom art prints from various etsy stores and I would highly recommend RyanConnellyArt who designs the best stacks. I have quite a few and recently bought one for my friend as well.

Special Editions

I mean what else can I say, signed, sprayed edges, first editions or all three. We love them, we want to collect them.

Other book gifts including: Personalised Book stamp/embossers, custom bookish cushions, library ladder like mine, custom book character funko pops, pin bages, page holders and of course Bookmarks.
