Happy Friday my bookish friends. As I write this the brief sun of the day on Thursday is fading and it’s suddenly getting gloomy. But my blog hates gloomy – it loves colour so let’s forget about the rain for a minute. I missed my wrap-up post last month, I guess I got swamped with life in lockdown. But since then I’ve had a new blog series and my blog hasn’t seen so many visitors and views before and I’m really happy. I’ve also read over double the amount of books I usually read, and I’m stoked about that.
Whilst we are still in lockdown my blog has continued to keep me going and keeping me smiling. I’ve also got loads new ideas coming soon. Also a brand new header (look up) – still with mustard and orange theme. Yay! I love it! Finally at the beginning of the month, I got nominated with some friends of mine in the Best Established category of the UKYABA Awards, which was a huge honour.
Have you felt in such a weird way that whilst we have been indoors that time has gone quite quick?! I haven’t seen my boyfriend for 7 weeks although we do have virtual movie nights every week and FaceTime every day. I do miss quite a lot of things but I think we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel now. You, my book and my friends around me have been keeping going. Oh and my very bright room too. Anyways, I had a lot to say there, over a months worth, so let’s crack on with my wrap-up post.
