Happy Friday my lovely readers. Let’s start the bank holiday weekend with an epic reveal. Today I’m so so excited to share an exclusive chapter reveal of one of my favourite books of the year. I was very lucky to have received a super early, pre-proof copy of A.Connor’s new YA Thriller, Find Me After. Below is a bit more about the book.

Where do you go when you're not quite gone?
After suffering an epileptic seizure, Kyle finds himself in a world that looks like ours but where nothing feels the same. This is the Stillness: an eerie, liminal alternative reality populated by those who are caught between life and death.

Here, he meets his real-world crush, Farah, who is also unconscious back home. But as they get to know each other in the Stillness, they must face the possibility of forgetting each other in the real world. The way back to life is fraught with danger, and time, for both of them, is running out.

I am partnering with Scholastic UK, to bring you the first chapter of the book to celebrate National Epilepsy Week. In one of his epileptic seizures, Kyle realizes that he has the ability to travel to The Stillness, an eerie dimension populated by those who are between life and death. There he meets his real-world crush, Farah, who is in a coma back home.

If you follow me on Instagram, you will know that I talk about A.Connors debut book The Girl that Broke the Sea A LOT. Check my review out here. Find Me After is another incredibly compelling book that I couldn’t put down. I read and devoured this book and it’s a new favourite of the year. Imaginative and hauntingly real. Inspired by true experience. A page turner. Still to this day it gives me goosebumps.

If that doesn’t convince you, then the first chapter below might…
