June Monthly Wrap-Up

Posted July 2, 2020 by Emma in 2020 books, Bookish Post, Monthly Wrap-Up Post, Wrap-Up, YA / 6 Comments

Hey everyone, once again the classic phrase – I can’t believe it’s July already! Which means it’s another monthly wrap-up post. I think this month I’m super excited by the start of the month, I feel it’s like a do-over of June as it was a pretty terrible month both reading and also not as active on here as I hoped.

All these plans at the beginning of last month literally went out the window. I couldn’t read until the very last few days of the month. It’s been a very long time since I’ve been in a reading slump and it was horrible, the reason why was because I might have burnt myself out from the previous months of reading.

What I have done in the absence of reading is change my room to make it more bookish. Feast your eyes on this beauty of a bookcase and I have a reading chair now, so here’s hoping that this will help me read more this month.

WHAT ELSE?!

So July is my 8th year of Book Blogging, I can’t honestly believe that. When I started Never Judge a Book by it’s Cover I didn’t realise it would go for this long. I started when I was Sixth Form and a lot can happen in 8 years. So be prepared for a blog series on how I became a book blogger, top tips and giveaway.

SO THAT’S MY WRAP-UP OF THE LAST MONTH. TELL ME WHAT YOU READ LAST MONTH? WHAT WAS YOUR LAST 5 STAR READ? I’D LOVE TO KNOW AND CHAT, SO LET ME KNOW IN THE COMMENTS.
