Top Ten Tuesday Is A Weekly Meme Hosted By The Lovely Ladies At The Artsy Reader Girl! Each Week, A New Topic Is Put Into Place And Bloggers Share Their Top Ten Accordingly.

The last time I did a most anticipated was the beginning of the year, how are we half way through 2019 already. There has been some A-M-A-Z-I-N-G books coming. I have to say I seem to favouring a lot of UKYA lately, so be prepared for some more. Here are my Top Ten Books I’m looking forward too in the next part of 2019.

TTT Reads #1

What Magic is This? and The Place I’ve Cried in Public by Holly Bourne – Holly has TWO books out in the second half of 2019 and am I dying for these books. Am I super super excited that I will probably be crying myself when these arrive – Yes! It’s no surprise that I’m looking forward to these books and look at those covers!!!

Take a Chance On Me by Beth Garrod – I loved Beth’s Awkward series last year. I devoured them, so I’m really excited for this book. The perfect summer socially awkward read to come.

American Royals by Katherine McGee – Did you enjoy the Thousandth Floor series. I did! Katherine has gone for something totally different. I think she could be the next Meg Cabot.

Into the Crooked Place by Alexandra Christo – I read To Kill and Kingdom for my Fantasy Feb last year, I met Alexandra later that year, she read an extract and boy were we hooked. I can’t wait.

TTT Reads #2

Scars Like Wings by Erin Stewart – a very recent book added to the TBR. S&S are releasing the book earlier than planned and I got my PR pack a couple of weeks ago and I can’t wait to read it. Plus we got a sneak peek at the Blogger Book Brunch. Sounded amazing.

The Kingdom by Jess Rothenberg – Beautiful cover and I’m part of the exclusive blogger in July. Very excited.

No Big Deal by Bethany Rutter – I’ve heard nothing but brilliant things about this book from the publisher and this was another gifted ARC that I received earlier this year so I can’t wait to dive in this summer.

Winterwood by Shea ErnshawThe Wicked Deep was a hidden gem of book in the UK. It’s a book I adored, one of my favourite books. I’m sad that her next book it’s not being published in the UK….yet. But I will be pre-ordering it none-the-less.

Finally – Ninth House by Leigh Bardugo – Leigh Bardugo and an adult book… enough said! The synopsis sounds so compelling and addictive.

So these are my most anticipated releases for the rest of the year, I’m sure more will be added to this list. What about you? Do you have a TTT post? Are you looking forward to the same books as me? Let me know in the comments?

      • I have so many that my top ten ended up being like a top 25. Coming out soon, definitely Wilder Girls. Tiger Queen is up there, too. And the sequel to Girls of Paper and Fire. I’m blanking on the name at the moment and don’t have my post up to cheat.

  1. I love Katharine McGee (and Meg Cabot)!! I had no idea Alexandra Christo is coming out with another one. I’ll definitely have to check it out. And I wanted to read Wicked Deep, but saw a bunch of mixed reviews so I haven’t read it yet… I’m glad to see that you loved it!

  2. I also have Winterwood on my list this week! But I am also excited about Into The Crooked Place because I loooved To Kill a Kingdom! 😀

  3. Definitely adding a few of these to my TBR! I can’t wait for Ninth House too and now I know there are TWO Holly Bourne books coming out! I’m reading Shea Ernshaw’s book next month for The Book Junkie Trials so will keep an eye out for her next one if I enjoy it 🙂

  4. I’m so excited for Ninth House even though I know nothing about it haha. I want this to be an absolute surprise so I’m not reading any excerpts or the synopsis. love everything Leigh Bardugo writes anyway! And, that cover for The Kingdom is just WOW!
